When Is Payment Taken?

Payment is taken when your order is confirmed at checkout. If your payment is declined, your order will not be processed. Some banks place a temporary authorisation hold before confirming a payment; this is controlled by your bank.

Currency, Pricing and Sales Tax

All prices on VossMode are shown and charged in U.S. dollars (USD). Sales tax is added at checkout where it applies to your delivery address. Standard shipping to the United States is free, so the total shown at checkout is the final amount you pay: there are no hidden fees. If your card is issued outside the United States your bank may apply its own currency conversion or foreign transaction fees, which we do not control.

Failed or Declined Payments

If your payment is declined, you can try another card or payment method, contact your bank to authorise the payment, or check that the billing details you entered match your card. If the problem continues, email us at info@vossmode.com.

Fraud Prevention

To protect customers, we and our payment providers may screen orders for fraud. We may cancel an order and refund it in full if we cannot verify it.

Refunds and Chargebacks

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method in USD within 5 business days of us receiving and inspecting your return; the time it takes to appear in your account depends on your bank or card provider. Full details are in our Return & Refund Policy. If you have a problem with a payment, please contact us first; this does not affect your right to dispute a charge with your card issuer.
